It's almost Easter which means my yearly obsession; mini-eggs!!!! I'm pretty sure I am not the only one who is obsessed, they are constantly sold out, which makes it hard to find them, but once you find these delicious pastel morsels, it just takes you to a place of chocolate ecstasy.

I love those eggs too! And you are right, they are near impossible to find! I am sorry I had to jet that day. I had made that appointment 2 weeks earlier and couldn't cancel. But I am glad I got to see you for the little time I was home!
